I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2006 and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. My license number is LH 60123241.

I am a white, cisgender, queer woman who experiences disability related to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I hold privilege around race, ethnicity, national origin and socioeconomic status. Iā€™m committed to staying aware of this, and accountable for continuing to build my skills related to anti-oppression work and decolonizing mental health.

I have a passion for social change on both a macro and micro level and believe that individual transformation through therapy can benefit the world at-large.

My Masters training program prepared me to work with adults, children and adolescents from a wide range of cultures and orientations. I received extensive training in client-centered therapeutic interventions to help individuals and families find relief from grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and other forms of emotional suffering.

Before starting my private practice I worked in community and non-profit mental health and completed over 3,000 hours of supervised individual, group and family therapy with clients, ages seven to seventy.

I am continually pursuing additional clinical training in a number of areas including mindfulness, trauma treatment and somatic interventions.

I have a passion for social change on both a macro and micro level and believe that individual transformation through therapy can benefit the world at-large. Before becoming a therapist I spent 16 years working as a grassroots organizer for environmental justice issues and as a consultant to non-profit human service organizations, so I bring a strong social justice lens to my work. I have also performed in fringe theater and performance pieces around Seattle and really enjoy working with other creative people.

Justice is what love looks like in public.
