I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in 2006 and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the State of Washington. My license number is LH 60123241. My Masters training program prepared me to work with children, adolescents and adults from a wide range of cultures and orientations. I received extensive training in client-centered therapeutic interventions to help individuals and families find relief from grief, trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and other forms of emotional suffering. Before starting my private practice I worked in community and non-profit mental health and completed over 3,000 hours of supervised individual, group and family therapy with clients, ages seven to seventy. I am continually pursuing additional clinical training in a number of areas including mindfulness, trauma treatment and clinical issues specific to children and adolescents. In addition, I am currently completing a post-graduate certificate training program on foster care and adoption-related therapy.
