** I am told that the Aspen Leaf Spa books up quickly.  It is recommended that you contact them directly to reserve spa services well in advance of the retreat.  Please book spa services during free time between noon and 4pm on Saturday only.

*** If you regularly use alcohol or other drugs to checkout or numb yourself, I encourage you to stay sober during this weekend to fully benefit from the retreat experience.

**** If you would like individual time with me to develop a self-care plan, get extra emotional support and guidance, or to create a plan to start a meditation practice, I’ll be available from 1pm to 4pm Saturday.  Individual sessions will cost $100 per hour with the option to pro-rate in 15-minute increments if you need less time.  Sign up for individual time will be available on Friday and Saturday morning.
